If your page was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to dmca@fmrl.site as described in our terms: the page URL, your name, address and phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the page was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the Western District of Pennsylvania if you are outside the United States), a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent, and your signature. Unless the person who sent the notice tells us first that they have filed a court action to stop you infringing with that page, or a Copyright Claims Board claim over it, we restore the page not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice.
