fmrl.site is operated by Too Great LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Too Great LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, which operates fmrl.site. Using the site means you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use fmrl.site.

What the service does

You paste a page and we give you a link to it. A free link lasts 7 days, after which the page and its bytes are deleted.

A keep is a one-time purchase that makes a page permanent. We pin it to IPFS through Pinata and the link stops expiring. The resulting CID is public and permanent: anyone who has it can fetch the content from any IPFS node, and we cannot take that copy back.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you paste. You give us permission to host, cache, transmit, pin, and display it in the sandboxed viewer, for as long as the page exists, so that we can run the service.

You promise you have the right to share what you paste.

Acceptable use

Our acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Breaking it is breaking these terms.

Keeps and payment

Purchases are completed through Stripe Checkout. For card payments Stripe's Link service is the merchant of record, sends your receipt, and collects any applicable sales tax. Your card statement will read LINK.COM* FMRL.SITE.

A USDC purchase is a Stripe crypto session in which Too Great LLC is the seller. Prices are in USD.

Refunds

Our refund policy explains when a keep is refunded and when it is not. It is part of these terms.

Removing content

We may remove or quarantine any page that breaks the acceptable use policy, and we may do it without notice. Once a page has been pinned, the copy on IPFS is beyond our control: we can unpin it and report it to the IPFS bad-bits list, but we cannot guarantee it disappears from the network.

You can remove a page you shared at any time with its manage link. Removing a kept page unpins it; the fee is not refunded, and copies already made elsewhere on IPFS are beyond our control.

Copyright

Send copyright notices to dmca@fmrl.site. Include: what work is being infringed, the fmrl.site URL of the page, how to reach you, a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, and your signature — typing your name counts.

NO WARRANTY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PAGE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOO GREAT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Too Great LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content you share or from your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
