Refund Policy

fmrl.site is operated by Too Great LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

What you are buying

Keeping a page is a one-time purchase. You pay once and the page is pinned to IPFS and stops expiring.

Once it is pinned

Once a page is pinned the fee is not refundable. Pinning publishes the content to a public network, and a copy on IPFS cannot be recalled — you have received exactly what you bought and we cannot undo it.

When we refund automatically

• We refund if the page is removed or quarantined before the pin completes.
• We refund if we cannot complete the pin. We keep retrying. If it still has not landed, email support@fmrl.site with the fmrl URL of the page and we refund.

How to ask

Write to support@fmrl.site with the fmrl.site URL of the page and what went wrong. For a card purchase you can also reach Stripe's Link support, since Link is the merchant of record and sent your receipt.

Where the money goes

Refunds return to the original payment method. A USDC purchase is refunded in USDC to the paying wallet.
